What is OMSA’s return policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order from us, you can return it within 14 days of purchase date. Just email us with your reason for return and invoice reference number and we will get back to you in a timely manner.
We are unable to accept returns on damaged items and sale items. We are also unable to accept returns on beauty & aromatherapy items for hygiene reasons - this includes the facial reviving set (unless broken).
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
Our products are carefully hand packed and passed through quality control tests before they are dispatched to you. If you receive an item that is damaged, you will be able to make a replacement order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt with details of damage and we’ll get back to you in a timely manner.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we receive your return, it will take 2-3 days to process and refund your money back to your original method of purchase. Refunds can take several business days to reflect in your account (this is dependent on your bank).
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all credit cards, Payme or Paypal.
Where do you ship to?
For now, our main markets are Hong Kong and Singapore. During COVID, for orders outside these locations, rates and availability will differ according to items selected, as well as weight and size of the package.
How much is shipping?
Rates are as below:
- Free local delivery on orders over HK$ 650
- Standard shipping cost of HK$ 60 on orders under HK$ 650
- Free delivery on orders over SG$ 150
- Standard shipping cost of SG$ 18 on orders under SG$ 150
- Shipping costs are dependent on weight and size, rates will be calculated at checkout. Packages are shipped with Shipping SF Express (Economy or Standard) and DPEX
- Please note that you will be responsible for international taxes and duties in your jurisdiction (you will be able to find more information from your customs office)

When will my order be shipped?
For orders to Hong Kong and Singapore, please allow 48 - 72 hours for your orders to be dispatched from our warehouse. For international orders, please allow an additional 24 - 48 hours. Please note that packages might be dispatched from separate warehouse locations and arrive separately.
